I remember being hopeful that Jol might take a few of our fringe players to Fulham but it never materialised.

HR is morelikely to stick with Prem-proven players and many of our players clearly had a good relationship with him so hopefully he'll get the QPR job and take a few of ours off our hands in January.

I can see him being all over Dawson. Why wouldn't he be either to be fair. Would be a great signing for them.
JD is an obvious one too but that depends on us letting him go. Defoe ain't perfect but do we really trust Levy to replace him properly if he went? No chance.

Apparently Adrian Durham is going mental about it all saying he thinks QPR under Harry will finish above AVB!

Just like when he took over at Tottenham, I think the QPR squad is very decent and in a false position. Harry will come in and save them and be hailed as a saviour, but if you look at their players, then no way should they go down imo.

Keepers
Julio Cesar, Rob Green

Defence
Traore
Diakite
A Ferdinand
Fabio
Bosingwa
Onuoha
Nelsen

Midfield
Granero
Faurlin
swp
Taarabt
Park
Hoilett

Attack
Cisse
Zamora
AJ

There are quite a few worse squads in the league imo

Yep.

I would say that squad is better on paper than at least 8 clubs. It's better than West Hams for example.

Harry will keep them up and probably beat us at Loftus in the process!

Hopefully a Spurs fan will call/tweet him saying "I'll take that bet Durham, 10k that QPR will not finish above Spurs" and see how that worm reacts.

The very epitome of a WUM, This prat is clueless and always aims to incite a reaction from the muppets who ring Talkshite. I hate him with a passion and would love to plant one on his smug face..He really aint got a bloody clue!!

Great news for us for two reasons:

1) We get Redknapp off our wage bill

2) We can flog him Defoe and Dawson ridiculously overpriced in January. £15m each?!

Not sure QPR will be able to survive. Defoe is playing regularly for us and no way we'll sell him in January. Dawson is unlikely to want to join a club permanently who will likely be playing Championship football next season.

Find this hard to believe. Durham is usually a bastion of reasonable debate and isn't at all known for making inflammatory, offensive and downright retarded statements in order to get people to phone into his tin pot radio show.

Yeah I'm sure he'll be queuing up to do us a favour.

In all honesty the owner said there isnt much money to spend and they have a insanely huge squad, I think Mark Hughes signed a total of 25 players, which for a guy who never lasted a year, its no wonder why he didnt do well

I think Harry will do an excellent job. Feel a bit sad really like seeing your ex girlfriend move on even though you dumped her. I kinda hope it works out for him there aslong as we start to improve also! I would be very happy for us to be too 4 and Harry top 8 for example.

Anyone who sings for them in Jan will insist on relegation clauses I would have thought. Signing or them and them going down would be pretty lucrative!

Oh gawd I'm dreading a season reknowned for Arry spouting off "they were 4 points from 12 games before I got here" at every opportunity.
