Maybe someone should find Wanyama's twitter account and tell him we hope he's back soon. Hopefully he'll update us....
You can never tell with injuries though, some heal real quick whilst others don't so we don't know whether Wanyama's injury was initially diagnosed as long term but is on the way to recovery quicker than expected.
Considering he’s just doing gym work it’s not likely he’ll be back any time soon. So anything coming back from after new year then it is a long term injuryI completely agree. JJ could have heard something, but like transfer rumors, things can easily change. Stating that an ITK's info is "confirmation" of a long-term injury is to ignore the fact that ITK should only be viewed as an informed piece of information, and not gospel.

Yet only pics of him doing gym work only to be seenHe has been doing field work as well as per official club updates
Assume we'll get a full update on everyone on Thursday or Friday.Any news on Lloris or vorm?
I know gazzinga had a good game vs palace but I would be much happier with Lloris or vorm back for Saturday
i wonder if they did a follow up scan to check progresssurely they haven't waited until now to do a scan on toby
surely they haven't waited until now to do a scan on toby
There is a Poch interview currently bouncing around - not sure if true or not but high level says...
Winks, Kane, Alli, Lloris back for Arsenal
Lamela is close but not ready in his mind
Toby is out - waiting results from scan
Wanyama is waiting for specialist and they are worried about him
Very frustrating if true re Wanyama - maybe out for season is true if the below interview is true?
Suppose we will know after tomorrow press conference
How can it also take 2 weeks to get scan results? even NHS turn it round quicker than that? just hope this news is not true (Toby and Wanyama) the rest I am happy with ofcourse
-------
Toby Alderweireld - Pochettino said: "Today is speculation. We can guess but I think we must wait for the information after the scan and the assessment from the doctor."
Victor Wanyama will miss our game against Arsenal and has still not been set a return date. Pochettino said: "We must wait for him to see the specialist and then see what happens. But of course after some time without him in training sessions and with the team we are concerned."

Played 45 mins first game and 30 mins second game for Belgium so surely fitness must be okay now.it seems we will only have toby and wanyama unavailable. Key is whether Dembele is fit enough to start.
