Not a problem for me.

I've said to the missus, money is tight so we'll order a chinese in with a bottle of wine in to save money.

Then at 7.30 i'll turn over to Channel 5, "oh sorry luv, didn't i tell you Spurs were playing"

Oh bugger!
When will UEFA learn not to organise matches on Valentines Day!

If we reach it... the UEFA cup final has a strong probability of landing on my 1 year anniversary! Eek

my girlfriend is safe tho... and i'm starting to get her into Spurs... so all should be good... tho she's lost interest a bit since Bale got injured

I think he looks like a monkey

Clearly haven't been listening to Sepp Blatter who would have had Valentines day replaced by a full cup programme with pre-match dancing girls and wet t-shirts comps.

Also, bet you there aren't any ladies fixtures on. I'll ask my colleague who plays for Brixton Tigers (they beat our ladies reserves a few weeks ago apparently)

The sign of true love is that your spouse/partner/whatever allows you to watch your beloved Spurs on Feb 14th.

Just tell them that's the present you want most from them! How could they resist and avoid getting a guilt trip ...?

Not gonna work mate, loving spurs or not valentines day is valentines day!! Apparently women will only let you off if your dead, so my advice is.....get one of your mates to phone her saying your ddead so wont be going out with her on v.day. then the next day phone her and say your fine and that she shouldnt ask any questions because that could set you back with recovery time!!

The sign of TRUE love is your spouse/partner/whatever saying to you like my GF has....'Yeah its fine if you go away to watch Spurs for four days. one of which includes valentines day'

Flying out tomorrow!!! YIDO YIDO

Offer her the chance of 90 mins of cunnilingus (15 min break after 45,) after the game.

A simple trade-off

For any people in Ireland, I think that the game will be live on TV3

I say 'I think' because the TV3 website only have it on their listings on their website that they are showing Uefa Cup football, but don't say what game they're covering.

I'd imagine it's the Prague game though, as they would be showing Bolton otherwise (and don't see why they'd show them!)
