1st March 2020. Wolves at home. For many of us this was the last trip to the Lane before lockdown. We had no idea it would be so long before we returned. Some will never return.

It was an extra special trip for me. My Godson was over from Ireland and I brought him to his first game. Spurs from birth due to my influence, my brother had tried to convert him to Liverpool. But the lad walked away from the game decked in Spurs hat and scarf and, despite defeat, was buzzing.

Time at Wembley aside, this is the longest I’ve been away since the mid-90s. I wanna go home.

They’ve got to let us back in for august surely? Covid passport in the spurs app though I suspect.

My eldest is desperate to go to his first game. Even more so that I said he could have pizza before the game. My seats are in the south lower which might be tricky though but will give it a try if I can.

In this time I really blamed myself not visiting the new stadium before. I really miss the trips, my last to the Lane was the 4-0 Watford win 2017 in our last season in our old stadium.

Not sure how long it will take to be able to get there from Germany without a Season Ticket. Esp. because they are rather slow here with the vaccination. As soon as its possible though nothing will stop me.

I thought I wasn't really missing it, and I was considering not renewing for next season and save the bunce and travel.

But tbh, it'd be great to have that half a day away from the family every other week

Really missing it myself.

As I fly over from Ireland, I'm missing the whole day out.

Roll on next season where hopefully we'll be near some normality.

my last game was on 4th March against Norwich. I can't wait to the grounds open back up properly.

.

I live in Norwich, had to travel back with a load of very happy norwich fans. Luckily i was quite drunk and had a nice sleep.

I was originally planning my honeymoon around a trip in April/May for a game thinking all this madness would have been wrapped up. Going to attempt to make the trip next year instead now.

I live in Toronto but did the stadium tour when I was in London on my annual trip exactly a year ago, just before lock down!

Mine too. Still bugs me how far off his line Krul was for most of our pens - yet not a sniff from VAR.

I still havent been to the stadium. I go to games with my Dad. We went to games at Wembley as stadium was delayed. Then he broke his fkin ankle when stadium finally opened. He's 75 and was in a real bad way. Got a uinary infection and then the ankle wasn't right. He's had a new knee done as well and he's back to himself but Covid has fked up.
He joked at Wembley years ago 'I hope I live long enough to actually get there.'
I said ffs dont say that, of course you will. One ankle, one knee and one worldwide pandemic later its looking like we may finally bloody get there this year.
It'll haunt me if I dont get him there.

Last game was Norwich on 4th March but was able to get in a stadium tour in September, I wasn't expecting to get such a buzz out of the tour but just being back, in and around spurs, felt bloody great

Mine too. If the shut down had happened before this game we would have been full strength against them in July and may well have won the cup. Oh well, we still should have won that game. 1-0 up with minutes to go, then all over them in extra time without finishing then a dream start in the shootout scoring and saving from them before shooting ourselves in the foot.
