I would say 60m (70m£ with addons)? With 2 yrs left on deal , this IMO is generous even after English tax.

I think we'd have a relatively free run at Maddison to be honest. Could only see Arsenal go for him and knowing their DoF they'd rather go for the Brazilian Paqueta.
