I've felt for a while now Jamie O'Hara deserve to be a starting 11 player. Growing to like his attitude more and more, as I stated before the club should give him a long term contract IE 8-10yhrs as I see him as the club captain in waiting.

Bale is no left back!

DC I think it was you who started the Jenas appreciation thread this summer and that was understandable as he's a much maligned player on this forum and unjustafiably so. But O'Hara is appreciated on this forum, it's much agreed and he is a fan favourite so it seems a little rediculous.

We did give Burnley a bit too much room in the first half, but they used it well and contributed well to an entertaining match. Hats off to them.

fair enough Caboose :) but until O'Hara is appreciated by the man who counts, Harry, (and what a piece of PR his post-match assessment was :)) he deserves it

also I doubt I started a JJ appreciation thread, but I'm sure I joined in it :)

I've been a long time admirer of O'Hara. He should get the nod ahead of Bentley until DB learns how to play football, rather than playground tricks.

Well if the club listen to what we say on here then Mr Levy, please break the bank and buy Kaka, Ronaldo, Ashavin and Rooney please!!

I could have sworn it was you who started the JJ thread, but as long as we all love him, that's all that matters. Lets love everyone who wears the lilywhite of spurs!!

:) I'm sure they take no notice of our team selections - but we need to have our say :)

and of course you know even mega rich city can't attract the true superstars and nor can we

but hey we got one in Berbatov if only for a while

but he wasn't a galacticos then

of that there's no doubt

JOH gave us 45 mins top quality tonight

but of course against a superior AFC side (to Burnley) JJ gave us 90 mins of sheer delight in the 5-1

I have said it before Jamie is a future captain of Spurs and we won't see the best of him until he gets a sustained run of games in the middle.

I consoled by Burnley friend tonight by reminding him they're not as shit as Arsenal as they didn't loose 5-1

Only read the first post but just to add, he is also a pure Yiddo!

He LOVES it when he gets a goal, he loves it more than any of the other players in that team and that is what drives him to work so hard!
