it's a thought isnt it? we could really kick on and stop messing around with all this comoli/levy crap - they are obviously substandard at this recruitment malarkey ( but then the standard is very high being the prem n all)

can we do this? obv ramos would retain all his power and essentially he would be the ''managers manager'', would still have a big say in team selections and he would have time to set up his own scouting networks and academy ideas and get around europe personally watching certain prospects first hand.

the best of all worlds:)

I dunno why, but I'll entertain a conversation on this.

What are you basing your comment that Commoli and Levy are sub-standard at this recruitment malarkey?

After all, isn't it them that recruited Ramos and Poyet?

Ramos is a top coach.

Comolli is the reason we have Ramos. Who else do you think told the board that Jol wasn't up to the job.

Levy is the reason why Spurs are once more a team to be respected.

DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING. Next season (perhaps even this season if we win a cup) you will see the benefits of having this triumvirate.

it took half a season for the combined brain matter of the comoli levy duo to realise we needed experienced defensive reinforcements..

or even worse , that they saw the need but purposefully did not act, to undermine the manager

failing to realise the financial implications of such skullduggery..

Perhaps the little thing called the transfer window prevented them from acting sooner?

Fuck that

Juande as Chairman, Poyet as Finance Manager, Ledley as Manager

Infact, why stop there??

Cerny as Left Winger, Dawson in goal, Zokora as our star striker.

maybe in 10 years after 10 trophies.

plus, Poyet seems like a nice guy. would he make the decisions that Ramos has no problem making - like benching Englands number one?

This is nonsense. Why is Ramos suited to that job exactly? He's a sodding coach. Also, we're winning and looking like a good side again. Why would you change that?
