Blackburn Rovers v Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham were a bit of a mess against Fulham in the Cup, and they are struggling for numbers defensively with Michael Dawson suspended after his sending off in that game.

People get carried away when teams go on a good run but you have to remember that they usually go on a bad one too, and Spurs certainly are not having a great time of it at the moment.

At the start of the year people were asking 'can they win the league?' but, in their last five games, their only victory has come against Charlton of League One and now the question is where their next win is going to come from.

Blackburn have been doing well recently, and they are a different team at home, so Tottenham might have to wait a little bit longer to turn things around.

That's my prediction for the game, although I wouldn't be surprised with a defeat.

I can see us running into some poor form.

3-0 Blackburn. Our strikers can't score, our midfield won't dominate, we might end up having to play Woodgate, who until recently wasn't even nailed on to make it back from injury. And who hasn't been tried in a proper competitive match. And that scoreline is if we're lucky and small club Twitchy doesn't screw up the tactics.

Exactly what I feel too (but perhaps just this window).

Could see this as being the start of the end of this team, with some of the best of our players leaving in the Summer for teams with more ambition.
