Mourinho may have been right but he's the wrong man to do it.I agree but that’s what Mourinho was trying to do and sadly player power won and Levy sacked Mourinho rather than getting rid of underperforming players
I've just seen the score.......What the fuck.
I wish Levy would understand that a 5-10m hit on a player is more valuable than having them stick around and stink the place out. In the meantime a bargain can be found to offset the loss.I’m so fucking sick of seeing this group of players not turn up in the most important matches. Over and over and over again they’re just been completely fucking lifeless when it matters most. Mason set them up to fail today but that doesn’t excuse the lack of urgency.
Cannot fucking stand them any longer. We need a genuine clearout of the squad players. No more keeping players around the squad for years past their sell-by date because no club will meet Levy’s completely unrealistic valuations. Get them out for what the market will bear and replace them with bright young talents. And if the recruitment setup can’t identify young talents, get a new fucking recruitment setup. Enough is enough.
That noncey weirdo windycoys has just said we’re in a good place! He’s like our ty from
Aftv ain’t he!
Losing one yesHonestly unbearable. Said its great that Mason is talking about the club's identity. What identity do we have honestly? Losing?
They let us all down every timeWhat hurts the most is the hope I had once Jose was jettisoned. I really hoped the players could get their shit together for FOUR games and we could really try for top 4. Sigh. It’s the hope that kills you
He understands that sometimes. But also and sometimes more importantly, we are in a weird limbo place. We don't pay prime salaries for prime players. But – we pay prime salaries for the quality of players that we have. Which means, few of them can move on to a club at a level that befits them on a salary that they get at Tottenham. Case in point Sissoko. He would fit in back at Newcastle or midtable Ligue 1, but he wouldn't expect to fetch the salary he gets at Tottenham.I wish Levy would understand that a 5-10m hit on a player is more valuable than having them stick around and stink the place out. In the meantime a bargain can be found to offset the loss.
We are the football version of todays Labour party.. Lost identity, distant and aloof..Honestly unbearable. Said its great that Mason is talking about the club's identity. What identity do we have honestly? Losing?

I honestly will never understand this forum consistently giving Lo Celso the benefit of the doubt where as Ndombele needs to be sold.

It's not 5-10 hit on players to sell that annoys me it's the 5-10 he won't pay to get that special player in.I wish Levy would understand that a 5-10m hit on a player is more valuable than having them stick around and stink the place out. In the meantime a bargain can be found to offset the loss.
A bit ambitious Kid.I disagree
When I realised I was a Spurs supporter in primary school I decided to not learn how to count beyond 2
