I think this is fair. As a OH member I'd love to get a ticket as soon as possible after re-opening, but surely those who have seriously committed financially should get first dibs. However, given the rhetoric of the past few days it is hard to see how stadiums will open to fans this side of Christmas at the very least.
I’ve already mentally written off going to a match this season to tell you the truth.

If this pandemic lasts as long as Spanish Flu then there will be no fans at sports events for another year plus, unless of course a vaccine is found.

"The Spanish flu, also known as the 1918 flu pandemic, was an unusually deadly influenza pandemic caused by the H1N1 influenza A virus. Lasting from February 1918 to April 1920, it infected 500 million people – about a third of the world's population at the time – in four successive waves."
There are fans allowed in certain areas of the US. Of course, those localities take after their dear precious morbidly obese idol in the oval who thinks this virus is a joke but there are fans allowed. Hell there was just no less than 60k at a college football game this weekend(one of those teams now is the subject of an outbreak a mere few days later of course).

Yep and If in your bubble if you have old or already low immune or seriously sick family members then do the appropriate thing the rest should carry on.

You do know that Covid does not just infect your chosen group. Notwithstanding the yet unknown long term effects of this wicked decease it also has (and is) infecting many under 40's who are fit, (have no underlying health issues, are not in the higher risk bracket from having a Black, Asian or minority ethnic background etc.) but have required extensive hospital stays and ventilation. That means any of us including you are potentially vulnerable to catching Covid and needing extensive hospital stays and ventilation and therefore adding to the burden on the NHS.

What price are you willing to pay so that you can watch football in a stadium?

Surprised no one has posted this that I could see - I urge you all to support the petition - its on the Spurs website

The petition is due to be debated in Parliament on 9 November. I’d be staggered if there was any change in the government’s position but the debate may shed some light on what hoops clubs need to jump through before there is a change, and where the government’s greatest concerns are (eg transport and why football/sport is being treated differently from some indoor venues).

At some point they have to let fans back in but i really just dont understand how and how clubs can say things are safe when clearly this virus is wider than just keeping social distancing or hand sanitising.
