I was always against rehiring him.

He quite simply doesnt seem to have evolved as a coach.

Still time I suppose. But his last 18 months with us and 18 with PSG were pretty poor in terms of performances.

Yep. I never wanted him back. The "he's the 2nd Coming/ the man who was never given a chance" narrative on here from those who screamed to reappoint him always seemed very wrong to me. He did a great job for us, but hasn't moved on in style, had a terrible eye for a player, had restrictive, plan A only limited tactics, terrible with subs............all things that on the face of it Ange is far better at currently frankly...........

We've played similar level of opposition to Chelsea with both playing a big 6 team, a midtable table, and two relegation candidates. We've got 6 points more, with the icing on the cake being that we've had 3 away games and they've had 3 home games.

You love to see it.

He's not even that smart is he, describing Luton as "unambitious", no mate they're a team that haven't been gifted a corrupt Russian money man or investment fund owner, their rise is more impressive than your achievements.
Fake twat.

Not sure having pretty much the same back room staff for 15 years works.

Luton getting back to the PL > anything Chelsea have done since 2003

They're a minnow even in the championship

4 wins in their last 20 league games. 2 of those came against now relegated teams (Leeds and Leicester) and 1 against newly promoted Luton.

they are in trouble, new season and management or not.

If a team coming from the conference to the premier league isn’t ambitious then I don’t know what is. Surely that is the definition of ambition?

That miss by Jackson is ominous for them. A real howler that'll stick with him and Chelsea look like they'll struggle for goals. They've spent a shed load but who is going to stick the ball in the net.
