Everyone think Pogba?
People think it might have been him and Depay
Everyone think Pogba?
The kind of thing managers have to put up with
The Hull who had eight players when they started the season and everybody thought would do a Derby, but who hung on pretty well and were eventually a bit unlucky to go down? Yeah, blame Phelan for that. That Hull were even within touching distance of survival when Marco Silva took over was unexpected in itself.Looks like they are about to give one of the most important jobs at the club to Mike Phelan, the failed Hull manager. Sounds like jobs for the boys if you ask me, not sure he’s qualified for it. Another bit of good news.

4 - Manchester United have lost four consecutive away matches in all competitions for the first time since October 1999 – current manager Ole Gunnar Solskjær featured in all four of those 1999 defeats. Recurrence.
Even better. Better tell OptaJoe he fucked upIt's more than four away defeats in all competitions. Everton, Barcelona, Wolves league, Wolves cup, Arsenal. It's four away defeats in a row in the league.
When Manchester United sacked Jose Mourinho, they were 19 points behind Liverpool and were 6th in the Premier League.
After what was deemed a massive turnaround culminating in Ole Gunnar Solskjær being offered a 3 year contract, they're still 6th but 24 points behind Liverpool!
They are still third in the "Solskjær table", which more than anything shows that us, Chelsea and Arsenal have all been a bit shit this spring.Doing fantastic!!!!

I think Phelan is far from the worst person they could employ in that sort of role. That's not saying I think he'll succeed, but United are clearly trying the Ajax way of getting people who know the club inside out in prominent positions.
