I wonder if we are buttering Plymouth up for a move for Morgan whittaker. I've seen his name mentioned as one to watch and he's having a decent season (14g 5a in 27 games) but I don't know much about him. Is it just a purple patch?
You’re looking at a table of Plymouth’s top scorers. He’s joint 2nd in the Championship, which is still impressive.I do hope so. he.s very very good. . He;s been improving every year and this season he has blossomed for a team in 19th. He is the leading scorer in the league by some distance. AND look at this assists. Plymouth are 19th!!!
Thats like Luton or Everton having a striker 6 goals ahead of Holland and Salah

Mile jedinak was the loan development coach at Villa and I assume he was responsible for finding suitable clubs to loan their players too. Villa have had some good academy products either join their first team or get good loans/sales like Carney Chukwuemeka, Cameron archer, Aaron Ramsey etc.Very classy from Port Vale, I hope we and others help them out with loans etc. they have been victims of their own success though as the loaners have done so well they have attracted interest from higher up.
On Devine, Plymouth is a good move especially as they lost Finn Azaz this window (attacking midfielder). Also very smart move to identify a manager who has already worked with the player in some capacity so is more likely to use him (not sure McKenna at Ipswich ever coached/managed Scarlett at Spurs? If so it would have been a while ago).
hopefully a sign we are getting our shizzle together at last.

Sad thing is, you know if Alfie ever gets sent off the headline will be "he's not the messiah, he's a very naughty boy!"
Manager Schumacher was poached by Stoke, so had caretaker in for that run of games. Hopefully kick on again with new manager Ian Foster, whose worked with Devine before. This is Plymouth today.

Perhaps he's taken on a similar role at spurs (along with the actual coaching)
We should help them out with another if possibleSome nice words about Alfie from Vale's manager and DOF.

He clearly made a very good impression. Sounds like just the sort of player that Ange would like too. Can't help contrasting this with what Leeds said about Djed Spence. Shows clubs really notice what happens on and off the pitch. Some nice words about Alfie from Vale's manager and DOF.

Kyle Walker is the last that I can remember.Who's our last player we recalled from a lower league and loaned to a higher league in the same season?
