In the same boat - was living in Angel with a couple of season tickets, but now out in Faversham.........oh, and got to agree, with the pykie Sittingbourne remark - my god, what posessed you to move there???

Fortunately I have a lot of spurs mates over in Canterbury, so normally head over there when I can't get to a match.

In the same boat as you, used to have a season ticket but only been a few games in the last few years and looking to go more games home and away, and also from Sittingbourne.

All my spurs fan friends Are too tight to join ergo can't ever get tickets and I won't forego my early buying privilege hoping there's tickets left when I can get one for them.

Good good... looking like we may be able to sort at least a few of us heading up. (y)

I have to say folks, I went to around 10 games last season on my jack Jones and had no problem with it.
Been to the lane on my own before and although it's great to soak up the atmosphere I felt self conscious ranting and raving at myself (struggle to stay silent during the game). Always better when you can throw around some comments with a few lads.

my god, what posessed you to move there???
Oh it's a $hithole and the town centre looks like a less glamourous version of Kosovo but all that means it's nice and cheap. Got ourselves a nice 3-bed end of terrace tucked away in a maze of cul-de-sacs for only £150k (same size house in Lenham was looking around £300-400k :wideyed:)

So basically @Archibald&Crooks was right.... I'm a cheap pikey :bag:

I'm in ramsgate, last season got up the lane once as my mate just can't afford it anymore!! But now my son is 7 and is well into football so we are going up to every home game this season!!

I want in! I'm in Ashford too (y)

I used to go to around 50% of home games while I was at uni. I haven't been to the Lane since the Champions League quarter-final :bag::shifty:

A few of us travel up together on the train, and it usually starts and ends up with a lot of beer. Whilst not in Kent (Hants here), can always meet up town somewhere before hand!

Used to live near Ashford in Lenham but I'm up in Sittingbourne now (train line goes through Stratford though so be easy enough to jump off and jump on again) (y)
Ali, I'm in Faversham, moved here from Surrey 6 months ago, don't know anyone who goes to spurs round here so would be good to have someone to go up with.

Hopefully his wife won't suspect anything when our 'football getaways' become more frequent..

It's going to be rather difficult to explain that 'rubber ring cushion thing' that he'll need to sit down on when he gets home 'after the match'. ;)
