It's fact that he has admitted, he admitted to it way back in August and apologised then too. However, listening to Dave Whelan on Talksport this morning I'm now of the opinion that he's admited (Malky) that he's made a mistake & has appologised to all concerned & I think he deserves this chance.
People wonder why we only have 3 black managers out of the 92 league clubs.
I personally think that will change, there are plenty of black guys coaching & doing their badges etc..it may take a while for the numbers to reflect society but I do think that it will change (if it doesn't it's criminal)People wonder why we only have 3 black managers out of the 92 league clubs.

I'd love to hear more about the scores of budding managers lined up to take the jobs. Chris Hughton is the only available black manager that has a half decent record - should clubs employ managers like Paul Ince because he's black, or because he's a good manager. It shouldn't matter about the colour of his skin, he's been a terrible manager.
People get jobs on merit - it's similar to the recent topic of there being less than 500 Muslim soldiers in the 80,000 strong British Army. Crying "racists" is completely flawed logic, as its often just a case of "not enough people interested".
Ain't he Brighton manager at the moment?
Yup, but he's still available, technically. I meant managers who merit being on a shortlist.
