He isn’t working hard either though which is unforgivable for me.

He barely jogs back at times. He should be chomping at the bit, because he will be benched very soon

He can’t shoot with any power. That can’t be coached, he just can’t do it. Aaron Lennon esque shooting power.

Why on earth does sky do 5 minutes of adverts, then come back for a twenty second montage only to go back to more adverts! So annoying.
I really enjoyed missing 30 seconds of action, so that i could feast my eyes on a closeup of that **** Jim Ratcliffe. That’s what I pay my subscription for.

He does work hard, he has to press a lot and sprint with the ball, if you’ve played football to a decent level before especially in that type of position you’d realise that those actions take a ton of energy. His end product today was poor and he is a bit weak in challenges sometimes but criticising his work rate is wrong imo.

They were fine and worked hard.

They were not great and we'll be much better off when they won't be near the first XI.
But the point is they weren't god awful and didn't cost us the game, as many would have you believe 2 hours ago.

i mean just cos we got a point I don't understand the positivity for PEH or skipp, skipp didn't get involved at all, PEH tried but still a massive downgrade on our usual midfield

I’m happy with that. We’ve loads of injuries but we’ve built a very handy gap over everyone chasing except West Ham - and they’ve now got their own injury problems.

With Son and Maddison in the team we would have schooled Utd today. 2 week break now to get Madders and maybe Solomon back in the fold, and integrate/reintegrate Werner, Dragusin, VdV & Romero. The way we played today though really showed Ange’s way of playing is becoming entrenched throughout the team.

Get the squad 90% fit from Feb onwards and watch us go.
