Possibly a little bit early for this but i'd be interested to hear who people would go for. I can't really look beyond Dyche (if Burnley stay up) or Koeman, although Rodgers (ick...) could do it if Liverpool have a really great end to the season.

Internationally, I can't really look beyond Fournier at Lyon who'll have done a fantastic job even if he doesn't quite manage to fend PSG off in the end for the title. To be leading at this stage with such a young, inexperienced crop of players is a staggering achievement.

Any one of Monk, Dyche or Koeman for me, think they've all been excellent both on and off the field.

Pards has done well - got Newcastle to a safe position, reached a cup QF, took over Palace and has been brilliant there.

I think Big Sam deserves a shout, we might not like west ham but they are genuinely playing some good football and done well this season

If Southampton finish strongly Koeman will surely get it. Many thought they'd get relegated after what looked like asset stripping last summer.

Something about him I don't particularly like but if they finish reasonably well I think he'll be the outstanding candidate for it.

Much as i hate to say it, Pardew for both Nukie and Palace plus he has spoken out about the prem not having enough black managers

he is still gloating git though

I don't think he's done anything "amazing" there. They sold a bunch of players for far more than they were worth and replaced them with better players for a little less (minus a couple).
Must have been around £12m for Tadic, £9m Pelle, £11m Forster, £13m Long, £6m Gardos, £13m Mane, £12m Bertrand...

Around January I'd have agreed, but they've slipped to where I'd expect them to be, much like West Ham lately.

If he manages to keep Burnley up, it willl be criminal if Dyche isnt manager of the year. Monk, Koeman, Pulis and Pardew other candidates.

Depends how they finish now. The goals have dried up a bit but if they finish strongly he'll get it. There really arn't that many obvious candidates.

So no, it won't be because he's been amazing, but more nobody else has been either and the pundits all tipped them to struggle which will influence the vote.

I tend to agree that the business done was economically smart and okay business, but at the same time, I also expected the huge squad overhaul and the losses of important players like Lallana, Lovren, Lambert and Shaw as too much to overcome and they'd be in the bottom 5 or 6 trying to stave off the drop. So I think Koemen keeping Saints in the top 10 is enough to warrant consideration.

I think Pardew could be an obvious one. Pulis won it last year for the job he did at Palace when he took over at a similar time - Pardew's record currently smashes Pulis'

Pulis at Palace 13/14 - P28 W12 D5 L11 - 42.86% win
Pardew at Palace so far - P12 W7 D1 L4 - 58.33% win

Consideration maybe, but he'd be an underwhelming winner at the rate they're going so far

Can't see it, just hasn't made enough head way.

There's time yet. They're a win away from leapfrogging Newcastle into 11th - that's impressive considering...
