I doubt we'll see him in a match day squad until well into next month. Maybe even after the next international break. But the fact he is back training fully is a huge positive in itself.

I agree, I think he might be on the bench for the Chelsea and Wolves games (but not come on unless an emergency) and then fully 100% fit for selection for the Villa game at home after the International break.

Or unless Biss picks up his 5th yellow against Palace…

Sessegnon I haven't seen mentioned with regards to his latest information.
Ange said he's still a long term one so doesn't seem good

"Sess is still a fair bit of time away, he's longer term," explained the Australian. "Rodrigo has been training, he's now fully integrated into the group which is great. He's missed a lot of football so we're measured in how we re-introduce him but the more he trains with the lads he'll feel more like himself and it'll be good to get him back amongst it."

For those of you who have watched 21 Ange interviews but still can't get enough. FourFourTwo just dropped a fresh one.

Again, he comes across so well. A few things really stood out for me:
- At 00:38 when I'm sure he's about to say "not just random shit" but catches himself and says: "not just random, um, ah, events".
- Immediately after that where he talks about training for matches as preparing players for an exam where they don't know the questions.
- Where he talks about recruiting people with the right character being as important as just footballing ability.

Was that Martin Tyler? When he retired from commentary I assumed he was just generally retiring.

They are awful. Only positive is it allows to break things into smaller chunks. 4 games until next break, max effort and just keep plowing forward. I guarantee if we are still where we are by next break we’ll be right in oppositions heads.

Also helps our long term injuries to rehab and recover.
