We made the wrong choice - Levy needs to take the hit and sack Jose or it’ll be a matter of time before they both go.

What an utterly gutless setup and tactics from Mourinho. Treating Norwich like they're frigging Barcelona. Roll on Real Burnley next! Sick of this appalling brand of football already.

Lol if SC chose they’ll have poch back ?

Maybe he shouldnt have been sacked to begin with and be allowed to rebuild the team.

We are no better than without Poch and at risk of wasting away so to speak.

Look this isnt aPoch v Jose, but independent of Poch, people lose faith in Jose because the approach and tactics will not change even if we spend 200m - it will be get a goal sit back then oh fuck we need a goal - then we start playing. Is that really how we want to be playing whilst spending money that we potentially may not have.

I would have expected a greater improvement on the pitch and an identity of what we are working to. The identity if we want to call it that is hoof ball or sit back and try to break - it is hugely frustrating.

Im about to spend £1230 to £1500 a fair whack... there is support then there is support. Two way thing in my view.

Anyone got Poch's number?

I would really not hesitate to bring him back but ive seen what happened at Monaco so think it would end in tears. Jose wont be let go etc but i think he needs to change and look in the mirror and perhaps not be stubborn

It wont happen but id drop £15m on Nagelsmann. Ive said this before and i was slightly berated but i think a younger progressive manager with innovative ideas would help us so much and we would be performing so much better playign to the players strengths.

Who's gonna sack Teflon though?

you can’t continue to charge the highest prices for the tripe that is being served and you can guarantee if Harry wants to move the remaining fans will turn on Levy.

The work with the stadium and the development of the club has been great, but seeing us set up against the team bottom of the prem in the only cup competition we have a hope of winning like we did tonight is an embarrassment. We looked like a league two team hoping for a giant killing.

A potential buy out is looking more and more appealing.

We’re in a rut and it’s difficult to watch and tough to take.

Boycott ENIC or nothing will change.

While youse give Levy a big pay check every year he won't care about anything that happens on the pitch.

I can honestly see us losing our next 4 games.
Burnley are better than us.
Leipzig will cream us
ManU will beat us (wtf)
West Ham always raise their game and are in a relegation fight.

If we lose 7 on the bounce will Levy grow a pair and can him? We should go balls out for Nuno. The man plays football, not this negative shite.

We’ve been in worse and come out better.

It is what it is, a shit season. I can handle one. It’s the first in a long time. Things can change quickly in football, and I remain optimistic that things will look up against after the summer.

Sherwood, Graham, Gross, Francis, I’ve endured far worse with this club. I can power through 12 more matches of this and look at next season fresh.

I agree. Just sad to see.

The sad thing is, he's actually right.

Players are burning out left, right and centre. Even Pep and Jurgen would at least be struggling in this situation if not on be their knees like Jose is.
He might be right and we may need to be pragmatic, the issue I have is with him saying it publicly.

The way he's been talking about us lately is not my idea of leadership - everything is basically saying we are short, we can't do it, it's not our fault. all of which may be true but it will not help to come out and say it to everyone!

Surely if we do manage to lose those 4 games which is looking increasingly likely at the moment, he has to be under serious pressure doesn't he? Or will levy chicken out and let the season end?

Do you trust Jose with the money and by that I mean do you trust that we would spend 200m (we wotn but arguments sake) and things on the pitch i.e. tactics etc will improve?

Sorry, I’ve seen this said a few times. Seriously people need to go back and look at the first 20-25 games. We were totally and utterly dreadful.

Someone, can’t remember who, did a game by game analysis of his first games and the team were a shambles and were playing some of the worst football I’ve seen at the Lane. Only once he cleared the decks and brought in the players who went with his philosophy did things start to change. Poch was given time by the fans, Mourinho is not being given the same.
It was me and yep there definitely didn't seem to be a plan.

Here's a short version for those who forgot.

Liverpool hammered us 3-0 - okay that was in August.

Newcastle and Stoke beat us at home - okay still early doors.

Beat Chelsea 5-3 - oh looks like somethings happening.

Get knocked out the FA Cup by a struggling Leicester.

Scrape past league 1 Sheff Utd in league cup semi.

Lose final

Pick up a few 2-1 wins but never beat any team comfortably and still look very unbalanced and turgid.

Beat Arsenal with a very good performance.

Lose 3-0 to Stoke away and nearly get beat by West Ham at home.

Finish with a couple of wins but nothing to shout about.

His first season was very flat bar a couple of nice wins (Chelsea & Arsenal)

People need to stop rewriting history because Poch was not looking like the answer in the early days.
