Im confident Bale will stay. It appears he likes our club and it appears he embraces our AVB.

Realistically the team needs to be improved and that means first 11. I think our Andre has seen enough to know who at least he doesn't want, and this could recoup a lot of the incoming with outgoing. Bentley gone (60k a week) hudd out (40kish) 8 mill, Livermore out (15kish) 5 mill, Gomes (40kish), and to be fair I can see both Ade and Defoe out the door, maybe Dempsey too, wouldn't be surprised if quite a few are on there way.

Realistically what 14m £ for Damiao, 14m for pjanic, and what 5-6 for villa knowing levy, but at worst case say 35-38 mill for the lot. Once hudd, Livermore, Benny, et al go and free up wages and even 1 of Ade or Defoe were a long way toward that and the wages bill with bentley & Gomes gone..

Pjanic is a great player. I can't think of a creative midfielder that we are likely to have a chance of signing who i'd prefer. Only 23 years old so can be expected to improve. I think he can become the player we need to replace Modric.
