You're not going to start arguing that Modric is a box-to-box player are you? While Jenas isn't one either necessarily, he certainly is more of one than Modric.
Look the main point of that post was to say that by putting Modric at LM we have the best of both worlds for the time being. We have him IN the team and Palacios partnered with someone who has proved himself a little more in a CM role. I agree that over the long-term, as in the next few years, Modric might turn out to be the better CM partner for Wilson, but right now, I'm more comfortable with someone like Jenas.
No, what would be the best of both worlds would be having Modric in the middle and Jenas covering on the left, for if, which he wouldn't, Modric couldn't cope. Of course I'm not saying Modric is box to box, but he's happy to work hard, and offers something going forward as well. Jenas just doesn't.
