I'm pleased, I think JM see's him as his future captain (as in his Terry), he is one of the more vocal players of the squad and I think we need players like him in the team. Shows heart and doesn't like losing, winning teams need those sorts of players.

Considering he wasn't an automatic starter under Pochetino, but he seems to be under Mourinho, it's not hard to see why he would feel some resentment against the former.
