New Football Regulations

What effects do you think the new footballing regulations will have for next season?

Will many clubs struggle to have 8 homegrown players in their named squads of 25?

Will some clubs have to shed players due to their squads being too big?

Does anyone know if Bale and Keane qualify as homegrown due to being coached at English clubs for 3 years when under the age of 18?

I think it can only work in our favour. We have a lot of the best english players as proved by the world cup squad. Add in Bentley, Walker, Woodgate,

They are deffo home grown.
