i am also considering trying those so-called thai versions sold on Taobao with around HK$100 each

Actually don't blame people for getting fakes at all, prices of official football shirts these days are ridiculous. The green one is growing on me a lot to be honest, may go for that one.

Why does the emblem have to be raised. Looks awful. If it was just stitched in like the Nike tick it would be much better.

Especially when you are not even getting the same as the players wear when you buy official. Really you are buying a fake made by Nike.

Worth noting that the quality of the fakes always improves throughout the year - pre-release they'll always be lacking in some detail, but by the autumn many are spot on. Fake player-spec ones are also getting better and better.

Exactly - once it's released they'll make any updates they need to. Amazing really.

Just have to look at the new England away kit; fakes have been available for a long time with patterns like this:

Yeah I think it was similar for me when I ordered from them last year, done the same and just ordered the green one.

I mean, as long as you have the bodyshape for it, have a go at the ones the players use. They’re called ‘Elite’ and the Spurs Shop have them in stock

I’ve 4 of the elite ones they are pretty good tbf but 14 quid it is for me this year lol

My fam and I did the buy 2 get one free on the elites for the away jersey from this year, hard to pass up when it came out to like $70 US each. I got Bergwijn, my dad got Lo Celso and my brother in law went Toby. Super happy with mine so far, material is nice and the cut isn't super tight on the away jersey from the 19/20 jersey.
