They cost 70 quid as well, I’m sure they were 30-40 quid last time I looked (although admittedly I haven’t bothered to keep track last couple of years).

70 quid for a top is disgraceful really and just shows how much football rips off the fans.

And that‘s only the replica, 100 quid for the posher version.

I am definitely one for the simplest plainest whitest tops with minimal trim, but I actually think the home shirt looks decent. However, won’t touch it at that price. Would rather lose the 10 kg that currently makes my 81 cup final shirt unwearable.

They are beautiful.

Always every season people are asking for plain white jersey. These designs and intricate details set apart from being those norms, aka boring.

That's why there are still kit designers in Nike and not what some of the fans deemed they could do these jobs instead.

Caught you now Mr Head of Kit Design at Nike.

Whilst I love the retro style graphics and watermark on the home shirt, the sleeves are horrible and make me think of bolton. As someone said the truly big clubs do protect their brand, Levy should have told nike to make it more classic.

Dont mind the away kit, though it could lose the sidetrim.
Home-kkt hideous. Looks like the old Bolton kits

Says a lot that the official Instagram post advertising the new shirts has got 6 different pictures of players in the kit, but hasn’t got one picture that shows the kit in full.

Yeah and look at Real Madrid. White shirts, so boring. I bet they wish they had a shirt with grey flecks....and some blue trim....oh yes and some yellow trim....and a big Microsoft Paint red font sponsor logo in the middle

I can just see it now.

We finally release a beautiful all white plain jersey.

"Wheres the fucking navy in it?"

"Too plain, won't be buying it, could just get a white primark t-shirt for £2.50."

"Boring jersey for a boring team."

"Where's the outside the box thinking? What are we using Nike for if they just produce nothing?"

"truly big clubs", not sure what that means but look at Arsenal kit and Man City kit this season, they look different to normal. I don't see how us changing a design to add some blue on the shoulders is completely destroying our brand.

I love the home shirt but each to their own. Also bought the green one year before last. I still love the UA one with the light blue HP sponsor. That's been our best home one for some time for me. But I like the fact that this one is unique.

I actually don't like the away one, not the colour or the plain design. I thought the colour would be the 3rd kit as that's usually the one they experiment colours with. Seems a bit grey in some pictures yet on Sess looks like a goalkeeper shirt.
