It's weird as I much prefer traditional/classic looking home shirts but I always buy the change strips as I'm not a fan of wearing white myself but I'd consider actually buying this one. I actually like the additional features they have on it. The blue sleeves have grown on me even though I personally wouldn't choose to have them and I really like the strips down the side, the yellow trimmings and the grey pattern on it.

There's a term to describe how you're feeling: Stockholm syndrome.

elite away just got dropped off by the postie. Love it! Materials are really good. I like the rubberised badge and Nike badge with the pink edging on it.

Dare I say that the home shirt is already growing on me? As usual, they always look better on and I'm beginning to quite like it already.

Love the green kit though, even if it's an odd colour choice for us, it really is a beautiful football shirt.

It was originally a difference in the type/quality of the fabric used, with the more expensive one being lighter and more breathable. Not sure if it’s still the case.

In other words, one is designed for wearing with jeans to the pub. The other is designed for wearing to the gym.

Haha, you deliberately avoided saying which is Stadium and which is Elite didn't you?

Nah - it was more because I had it in my head that the ‘stadium/elite’ branding was a Nike/very recent thing, and we used different terminology when it was Under Armour. Might be imagining things though.

They are growing on me I can't lie.

I have read the short descriptions of why the designs are such, but when manufacturers offer up an explanation I enjoy really seeing the finer details. Like when UA included the Bill Nick gate pattern etc. Nike have mentioned the 'watermark' on the home shirt is reimagined designs from old kits but don't offer up any suggestions as to which ones- that's annoying.

Also the green, whilst again is growing on me I hate the fact that Nike use these as fashion pieces and ignore tradition. The explanation that Spurs will wear green because it is reflective of London street wear has naff all to do with the club.
