So, it all starts tomorrow, I havent seen a thread like this so feel free to bin it off if there is one:

Thought it would be fun to see how people thought we would do, so:

1) What will our final league position be? (6th)
2) How far will we go in the League Cup? (Winners)
3) How far will we go in the FA Cup? (Semi-finalists)
4) How far will we go in the Europa League (Quarter Finalists)
5) Who will out top scorer be and how many goals will they score? (Harry Kane 22 goals all comps)
6) Who will be our standout performer? (Eriksen, as more attention is focused on Kane from teams)
7) Who will be the biggest surprise? (Dele Alli skips Championship football to be a key member of our 1st team)
8) Who will be the biggest dissapointment? (Lamela - the season we have to accept he isnt made for this league
9) Who will make up the Top 4 (in order) (Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal, Man United)
10) Who will be relegated? (Leicester, Watford, Bournemouth)

8-10th? How? We finished 5th last season and we haven't weakened ourselves, and the teams below us, such as Southampton, have.

I said as of today. We have one playable striker who surely cannot do it all again for another season. We were so lucky last season in so many games it was untrue, we were very lucky with injuries unlike most seasons. You quote Southampton but just look at how several mid table teams have strenghthened eg Crystal Palace Stoke. Swansea were basically as good as us last year too.

I think it could be a season with some surprising results. So many teams have brought in some good players. My money would be on Southampton to finish 6th, but I can see someone surprising everyone.

Of course those predictions are based on the current squad. If we bring in Berahino, a decent DM, and another forward, I'd expect us to battle for 5th again.
