Is it only me that is thinking " Covid 19 - whats the point"?
Yes, why plan more than 6 months ahead...Is it only me that is thinking " Covid 19 - whats the point"?
Hardly a fair comparison either with no home fans so not comparing like for likeDoes anyone have a have a W/D/L and goals F/A total for competitive games at the new stadium so far? Hardly the fortress i was hoping it would be. Cheers
Not sure what Tottenham is like for covid, but we could see 4000 fans back soon
Fans set to be allowed at outdoor sports
Up to 4,000 fans are set to be allowed at outdoor events in the lowest-risk areas when the national lockdown in England ends.www.bbc.co.uk
Whether people agree with fans coming back or not, it should be relative to total capacity as 4000 at our ground compared to 4000 at even Bournemouth is a difference of 6% to 33% of total capacity, respectively.
It's vital though for lower league clubs struggling to survive.
As long as the grounds can safely hold the 2000 or 4000 fans I think a low number is the right way to start.
I'm sure the issue will be more with fans getting to and into the grounds.
They do say up to... 2k or 4k fans. So I'm sure some small grounds will have less
It's not just about capacity though, it's about transport infrastructure too. The distancing within the stadiums is fine but most stadiums are public transport hubs so having 20,000 fans cram onto the tube/ buses in an already densely populated area for the NLD isn't the best ideaWhether people agree with fans coming back or not, it should be relative to total capacity as 4000 at our ground compared to 4000 at even Bournemouth is a difference of 6% to 33% of total capacity, respectively.

Last time round they quite sensibly put all of London in the same tier. You can't put Haringey in Tier 1 when that means everyone from the authority next door with treble the case numbers can get to Haringey's pubs in 15 minutes.Haringey covid rate
151 cases per 100,000 people in the latest week 10 Nov-16 Nov. The average area in England had 210.
Being London doubt we would be classed low risk.
I live in an area of Wales called Rhondda Cynon Taff. All through the corona crisis this area has had the highest number of covid infections and the highest number of covid deaths.
In line with current guidelines local cinema is accepting bookings, all above board.
Every other row in each studio is not available to be booked. In the rows where seats can be booked you can book seats in blocks of two seats. Book two seats together ,then the next 4 seats remain empty. The rows in front and behind are empty. No masks except in public areas and toilets when entering or leaving and a one way system.
Limited snack and drinks can only be booked online.
This is INDOORS.
Surely to God far more than 2000 or 4000 could be accommodated in a 60,000+ stadium with OUTDOOR seating and a huge number of eating and drinking outlets.
