It's a tough one to call, I mean we don't have anyone else upfront to rotate in and in defence with Serge wanting to play then the only rotation option is really Jan. I think the only real options to bring in were either Lamela or Berwijn, but I can see the value in keeping the team the same after the win at the weekend.
