We have made it so easy for Newcastle. I feel like they find a way to get a chance every time. There’s something seriously lacking in this team.

The way we're playing we're not getting anything from Chelsea/City/Arsenal/Liverpool

That's 12 points dropped right there.
But we also have Burnley and Sheffield Utd and, I repeat, Man United need to be pretty much perfect from here on in and nothing about them suggests they're capable of putting that sort of run together. No matter their opposition.

There is no defending Ange or the players today. Not one redeeming thing from anyone involved.

It’s as bad as anything served up by the last two dinosaur managers.

Always in this stinky kit too. Please stop playing in it. Even if it has no bearing on how we’re playing it’s dreadful.

"Don't you fucking dare shoot from there, PEH", I thought. I almost wish he had after whatever the fuck that pass was.

We also haven't put enough pressure on the ball in midfield when out of possession. Get outworked there then we really are going to exposed badly.
We never do this, it is our core problem when playing high line. It is what you learn early when playing football. If there is no pressure on ball carriers you MUST fall of at the back. I do not think any of our coaches know this

Nice of us to let the away fans who missed last years drubbing at St James to witness a drubbing at St James.

Fourth place there for the taking and we turn in a performance like this.

Looking forward to the predictable PR quotes from players after the game saying "that wasn't good enough and we apologise to the fans".

Before turning in another performance like this next week.

Assuming we hang onto 5th and Yanited don't go all Roy of the Rovers to finish out the season unbeaten, that and EL football will still qualify as a successful season IMO.

Many, including more than a handful on here, thought that out of reach before the season started.

What a bittersweet ending to the season it's shaping up to be though.

There's talk of huge changes this summer already. They need to be even huger than anticipated.

I'm embarrassed watching, hopefully the players actually feel something too..... Judging by the performance, doesn't appear so.
