Pretty much fully fit squad, had almost a full season of getting to grips with the tactics and shape, yet we are looking more clueless and delivered continually worse performances with every passing week. Have to say it is very concerning.

The modern game, regardless of whether you’re playing for titles, mid table or fighting to survive requires teams to play as a ‘team’. When this happens, it doesn’t matter whether you’re a top side or scrapping for survival, you’re going to have to earn your potential victory. The days of having ‘luxury’ players are gone. At the moment neither Maddison or Son are doing anywhere near enough and it’s costing us way too many points. Had it not been for Utd matching our incompetence, we wouldn’t be in a semi comfortable position in 5th.

Why do the likes of Gil/Lo Celso have to do, to get game time ?

Leave the club.

Ange just doesn’t rate them. I do wonder what happens if we buy another number 10, would they get more game time. But as is, Maddison is Ange’s man and won’t be getting dropped.

Anyone else baffled why we subbed Son and kept Werner on? We needed Hail Mary and Son is good at those. First game where I’ve questioned Ange’s decision-making.

Son was absolutely woeful, gave the ball away cheaply when we had men forward which set them off on counters for the first and third goals. Werner has been awful as well but Son certainly deserved to be hooked.
