So what happens? Refund if can't make it?
Club Refund Policy

If you have purchased a general admission match ticket, should you find that you are unable to attend then you may request a refund so long as you do so more than 7 days before the game takes place. We will be unable to consider any cancellation requests submitted within 7 days of the game.
Please note that refunds are not permitted for Ticket Exchange purchases. All purchases made on this platform are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. Ticket Exchange purchases are shown on our online seating map in pink, whilst non-Ticket Exchange seats (released during Member priority windows) are shown in green.

It's ridiculous if they can change the Time of games after general sale tickets have been sold. Shows zero consideration to fans that have to make travel arrangements for example. But anyway, that's the price to satisfy the tv gods

Slightly related to this, why do Spurs make it so hard to get a junior membership for a family member? I want to sign my son up, so you would think there would be an option to add a junior membership or something related to the adult member, but it seems you have to create a new CRN with a unique email address (which lets face it, most very young kids won't have)

First time I've failed in getting tix. No two seats together anywhere for Villa. Will try again tomorrow in the general members sale.

I don't understand the blocks of 3 games going on sale at once, seems like a sure fire way of creating queues and adding frustration. Is it a club or Ticketmaster thing?

Also means that effectively matches are sold out now until December or for ticket exchange (with no concessionary rates). It's now August. Surely 4-6 weeks is enough advance to put them on sale. This was part of a reason I ended up with no PL match last year for the 2nd time in 30 years of going to WHL

A novel idea would be to put them on sale in line with the Sky/BT TV allocation updates... that would be far to reasonable for a football club.

Just look at the Man Utd site, initial release of tickets for our game on 13th January sold out, supposed to a 3pm game , we all know it be a TV game and moved but have already sold some tickets it seems. Looks like they do it for most games into next year.

By the sounds of it ticket demand is higher than ever, more second half displays like on Saturday with similar performances from Sarr, Biss & Maddison , Levy could have doubled the prices and still sold out.

Generates more interest, activity and gets the money in the bank early doors. If people really really want that ticket, they’ll find a strategy to be in the queue first thing on the date of sale.

I see it as a good thing we’re selling out I do. Takes me back to the good old days of trying and failing to get a ticket as a member at WHL. Difficult. Good luck.

I prefer it to be honest, as we used to have every game on sale say six weeks- two months in advance on a game by game basis.

3x less queues to join doing it batches, and the less time i spend in a ticketing queue the better as far as i'm concerned!

Hi guys - do the ticketing queues open at 10am normally? Hoping to get a couple of tickets to the Villa game tomorrow morning.

Already 10000+ in the queue at 9:30 this morning. Not sure what time the queue opens.

Just out of interest logged in at about 9.15am this morning and the queue was just under 4000 so opens somewhere near that time , didn't stay to clog up those wanting tickets.

PS Might not make any difference but if using windows I would clear cookies and cache from the browser being used to log in, I'm sure it remembers all your previous visits to the ticketmaster website , I have found sometimes the map fails to load, clear the cache and hey presto it loads fine.

Some saying they couldn't get tickets for the Villa game any news on the other two, Fulham & Chelsea, would have thought Fulham being a Monday 8pm KO and TV pick should be easier to get.

There were tickets available for Fulham for a while (and I was 10k+ in the queue). There were a few singles for Chelsea/Villa by time I got there but needed a pair so no luck and will try again tomorrow or wait for exchange.

I had more luck with seats together on the Tuesday than the Monday for the Man Utd game last weekend. Log in from 9am though 👍

There are a fair few of us trying again tomorrow too for pairs of tickets. Best of luck. 🤞

I agree it seems to be made unnecessarily more difficult, my young nephew doesn't have an email address and it's a risk with putting the tickets on his phone which is more likely to be lost or the ticket pass accidentally deleted. They should create a facility for adults to have junior members on one digital ticket pass.
