Club Refund PolicySo what happens? Refund if can't make it?
Just look at the Man Utd site, initial release of tickets for our game on 13th January sold out, supposed to a 3pm game , we all know it be a TV game and moved but have already sold some tickets it seems. Looks like they do it for most games into next year.I don't understand the blocks of 3 games going on sale at once, seems like a sure fire way of creating queues and adding frustration. Is it a club or Ticketmaster thing?
Also means that effectively matches are sold out now until December or for ticket exchange (with no concessionary rates). It's now August. Surely 4-6 weeks is enough advance to put them on sale. This was part of a reason I ended up with no PL match last year for the 2nd time in 30 years of going to WHL
A novel idea would be to put them on sale in line with the Sky/BT TV allocation updates... that would be far to reasonable for a football club.
Me too, I tried getting a pair together for the Villa game to take my nephew to I'll give it a go tomorrow...First time I've failed in getting tix. No two seats together anywhere for Villa. Will try again tomorrow in the general members sale.
Generates more interest, activity and gets the money in the bank early doors. If people really really want that ticket, they’ll find a strategy to be in the queue first thing on the date of sale.I don't understand the blocks of 3 games going on sale at once, seems like a sure fire way of creating queues and adding frustration. I see it as a good thing we’re selling out I do. Takes me back to the good old days of trying and failing to get a ticket as a member at WHL. Difficult. Good luck.
Just out of interest logged in at about 9.15am this morning and the queue was just under 4000 so opens somewhere near that time , didn't stay to clog up those wanting tickets.Hi guys - do the ticketing queues open at 10am normally? Hoping to get a couple of tickets to the Villa game tomorrow morning.
Wow ok thanks - I guess Ill start refreshing from 9amAlready 10000+ in the quere at 9:30 this morning. Not sure what time the queue opens.
I had more luck with seats together on the Tuesday than the Monday for the Man Utd game last weekend. Log in from 9am thoughFirst time I've failed in getting tix. No two seats together anywhere for Villa. Will try again tomorrow in the general members sale.
There are a fair few of us trying again tomorrow too for pairs of tickets. Best of luck. There were tickets available for Fulham for a while (and I was 10k+ in the queue). There were a few singles for Chelsea/Villa by time I got there but needed a pair so no luck and will try again tomorrow or wait for exchange.
I agree it seems to be made unnecessarily more difficult, my young nephew doesn't have an email address and it's a risk with putting the tickets on his phone which is more likely to be lost or the ticket pass accidentally deleted. They should create a facility for adults to have junior members on one digital ticket pass.Slightly related to this, why do Spurs make it so hard to get a junior membership for a family member? I want to sign my son up, so you would think there would be an option to add a junior membership or something related to the adult member, but it seems you have to create a new CRN with a unique email address (which lets face it, most very young kids won't have)
