How much closer out of interest? I need to book flights and a hotel as well which makes leaving it till late a bit awkward.

I was able to get a pair of tickets to the United game on the Wednesday before - just depends how dedicated you are to checking the site (and how many tickets you want!). Singles pop up laods.

When this game inevitably gets rearranged for TV i'm sure a few will pop up in the days after that, but generally its definitely possible if you're persistent with checking the site.

It's varied, where we've had travel plans to make, I've done it a month or so before but generally 1-2 weeks before has been when some better seats pop up. Check regularly and seats come up all the time on the exchange.

I have too to be fair. I even got one for the Arsenal game at the back of the season before last. They’d pop up through the day and finally managed to bag one.

Yep just the standard ticketing site, just make sure you toggle resales and the exchange tickets are in pink (direct from club usually in green). for exchange using "find me a seat" is so much easier than having to scan the whole map!

The Board "So are we , we should have made them higher , the ticketmaster site is getting swamped"

I got kicked as soon as I got in - had a total meltdown briefly - then refreshed the page and I was in ok - managed to finally get a couple of tickets in the same stand for me and my mate. Home to Villa it is.

Did you refresh the page? The same happened to me but when I refreshed the stadium popped up and I could select tickets.

Yeah I had the queue I'd and put that in.

Just a joke ticketing system, if I miss out on one ticket I miss 3. I don't get the logic in not having a window per match

Really need to get the members rep to complain about the three match ticketing it is nonsense , some clubs like Liverpool seem to have a ballot for tickets , no sure how that works.
Ask the members rep to bring up ticketing problems at the next meeting.

Seemed today between 9.10-9.15 to enter the queue was the sweet spot, was 5500 in the queue and got 2 for Chelsea by 10.08, people must be opening multiple browsers
