Don't forget with all the date changing , when's it going to be played etc and strikes if anybody cannot go and has purchased a GA ticket in the Members sale, you can get a refund , doesn't apply to TE tickets .

4.2 Match Ticket Refunds

If a supporter is no longer able to attend a game for which they have purchased a standard, General Admission match ticket, they may submit a ticket cancellation request in writing no later than 7 days before the fixture is due to be played. Exceptions apply where tickets have been purchased via the Ticket Exchange. See Section 4.3 for full details.

Where sufficient notice is provided, the Club will refund the cost of the match ticket to the supporter’s original payment card, excluding any associated booking fees.

The Club will not be able to consider any cancellation requests submitted within 7 days of the game.
Seems mental that just because you buy on the exchange there is no support for fixture changes. Bear in mind it's still going to be members buying them.

That's true, main reason given for no refunds is as soon you buy on TE the sellers account is credited with the cash . They are however making changes to tickets purchased in the members sale , if the match is moved, members can put the ticket on TE, this all starts next season.

4.3 Ticket Exchange Refund Policy

Where a ticket is purchased via the Ticket Exchange, funds are immediately credited to the account of the supporter whose seat has been purchased.

For this reason, tickets purchased via the Club’s Ticket Exchange are strictly non-refundable. Additionally, it is not possible for tickets purchased on the Ticket Exchange to subsequently be re-listed.

Game against Forest moved from monday to sunday.

Due to planned industrial action and substantial travel disruption across the rail network scheduled to take place on Monday 8 April, our home Premier League fixture against Nottingham Forest has been brought forward to Sunday 7 April, 6pm kick-off.

Wow, pretty much a weeks notice.

The poor folks who probably bought flights/hotels for the Monday and now they change it.

Shambles.

not really the clubs fault to be fair , it's really this industrial action that's causing it all. Not sure the club had more choice, I think the strikes cause far more disruption for those attending.

Agreed. Although 6 days since it was announced - seems a long time to get there.

It’s just a pain, I’ve train tickets booked, doubt they can be refunded, but good because the tube strike would have made it difficult for getting home after the game .
Others probably stand to lose more than me as said those who have plane travel etc.
Shame it took them so long to decide this.

Cannot overrule SAG. They grant the license for the event to take place. They can be a real pain when they want to.

Really pissed off. Mostly that my life is so dull that I can adapt easily to the change of date. Oh, for a reason to be busy…

Another slight irritation.

I love the night games, with the clocks changing this will be in daylight hours...
