prob get the busys kicking my door in later now......
What is the response though? I think at 100,000 they only have to CONSIDER debating it in parliament. I base this on a news report that I was only half listening to..........
What's it called - cheers
I'll have a look for it thanks'How the Hammers Struck Gold'. Appears to have been taken down from iplayer but you may find it online somewhere http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0676crf
It's so unbelievably corrupt. Huge swathes of public information redacted
Done. Thanks for the linkI hope this is the right place to post this link?
Not just Spurs signing this but other London clubs getting on board to hopefully make West Ham at least pay their way in the stadium and not rely on the public purse

Do these things even work at all? I mean one can buy 10 000 signatures off the internet easily enough, probably even 100 000 if you put a small amount of moolah behind it. So basically if i can leverage my social media network to good effect and pay a few $ here and there i can get a debate in Parliament, then?
Seems off.
Complain to your MP if enough people make some noise something might happen its scandal.I'm assuming everyone saw the BBC documentary on it? It really is effing scandalous

Not sure if I want to waste public money on an enquiry when it seems we can't actually prevent the move going ahead or the way it's being funded with so few sigs on board.
I wouldn't sign it before learning of any taxpayer contributions to our own development project either... an embarrassing backlash about Haringey Council's financial input before we've even begun would be hard to take.
We lost out and I think we have to man up and take it on the chin, it's only the Hammers after all... it'll be empty come their first end of season there....
- Is that you Gordon Brown? What a load of bull****. No one really cares where are taxes go.
