Great pic. Gives you confidence that something is actually moving forward at the club. Massive amount of work to acquire that land even before demolition work began.

No lol. My friend services helicopters (MD500E). Luckily I get to ride with him sometimes. We did have to stay clear of the goodyear blimp. I'll take another pic next month and see if much has changed.
