Shock younger player to a new team needed some months to adapt and start find there level.

It was never in doubt, been saying what a cracking player he is the whole time, some of you just have zero patience.

That Villa game he took it up a level.

I agree, also he looked to have a bit of arrogance about him (in a good way). When he scored he just winked and shhh’d their crowd, and then did the Sonny arms out celebration.

I don’t know why but it seemed like something had clicked and he felt like he fully deserved to be part of the team. Matty Cash got the full runaround.

Way bigger threat on the left. As people have said he can go both ways on that flank and he has the ability and pace to do so. He’s a very clever player on top of his obvious pace and when you give a player like that multiple options they are more likely to pull something off and it makes them less predictable. Would be really happy to see Johno left, Son ST and Kulu right cement as our starting front 3 from now on.

Done very well when he came on. Looking more confident and impacting games. Should be starting ahead of Kulusevski now.

Was coming in here to say this. As well as Kulusevski does in hold up and team play he is so so predictable and really often kills the flow of attacking moves with his constant cutting inside his man. Johnson has become both way less predictable with his play and is really showing excellent end product which is way in advance of Kulusevski’s this season.

Crazily I think that there's so much more to come from Johnson. His goal involvements this season have been excellent and we badly need that with Kane gone.

But I think there's much to improve on, which is a good position, given how well he's done in his first season with us.

Looks so mutch better when he have Werner on the other side making his runs. Tailor made for this system both of them, could easily make high numbers in goals and assists combined if they play together over time.

Made a significant difference today, and could easily have had a goal or two and more than the two assists.
