Some players a good in one league while being excellent/top class in another (yes, that is very possible). I sense he is not "made" for the EPL but could be very good in one of the other top leagues - like La Liga, Seri A or Bundesliga.
So I'd sell him for a decent fee and bring in replacement ...

You can tell if a defender has it or he doesn't. Honestly, he's the colombian Anthony Gardner. Mental he was our record signing at one point.

You only have to look at Fafana to see what a proper young CB talent looks like.

Beginning of the end for Poch when he suddenly became one of the worst CBs on the planet. Some players stop improving but he started regressing. Seems to be too happy for a player that rarely plays, seems to be content on just enjoying those wages. Don't blame him but we need to sell him, if possible.

People go on & on about how great/promising he looked in his first season. But all that proved, is how good/important Vertonghen was when it came to holding Sanchez's hand and guiding him through games.
