Football, ur telling me ur more impressed by Kulu than Diaz? Again I like kulu.
I'm equally impressed in different ways

Diaz in 1 on 1 situations is almost unplayable

Kulusevski's positioning, quick touches, and vision make him unplayable at times too.

They're two completely different players, and I personally believe Kulusevski is a better fit for us (while Diaz is a better fit for them)

He’s not comparable with Diaz. It’s like comparing Eriksen and Hazard.

Both are excellent players. I was gutted that Diaz didn’t work out as he’s a joy to watch but similarly I was elated (and in a minority)when we got Kulusevski. I said first time he was linked he looked to me like he could end up being one of the best around, and I stand by that.

I’m surprised at how quickly he’s taken to it, but not with the quality. Power and technique with great intelligence. I think he’ll end up being a player who can play anywhere in the attacking third and do damage. There aren’t many of those around.

I’m an ideal world we would have got both, I think personally Diaz would have replaced the gaping creativity of The Dane. Maybe that was the plan to get both, again I like Kulu but there was a reason Diaz was our first choice…. Again IMO.

Please explain your thinking here? I don’t mind him but as a creator Diaz is simply head and shoulders above him.
PL ONLY

Kulu: 2 goals, 5 assists in 8 games. (590 mins) Goal involvement every 74 minutes.
Diaz: 2 goals in 6 games. (497 mins) Goal involvement every 248 minutes.

And Diaz plays in a far superior team.

Diaz is clearly a special talent but maybe kulu is the better fit for us to play alongside kane and son

I like Kulu I have said this 3 times now, he’s a good signing. But as a football spectator u have to see Diaz is a level up. It’s why we tried to sign him? AGAIN ideally we should have been after both.

The stats show that Diaz is not a level up, even playing in a superior team.

He might be a bit quicker than Kulu, or be a bit more flash on the ball. But right now Kulu is smashing him in the goal involvement department. That could change come end of season and it wouldn't exactly be a surprise, considering, again that Diaz plays in a superior team.

We were obviously after Diaz, no question. It's why Liverpool pulled the trigger in January.

Yup, what's so great with Kulu in our team is that he's another player beside Kane who can hold up the ball. Lucas is a great runner, but with him and Son the ball goes so fast - forward yes, but also in return. Diaz would be competition with Son for me, much more prefer to have the Swede in our side.

I don’t get this need for justification of out signings. It’s purely tribal bullshit, Diaz was our target and we missed out, swallow it. KULU is a good signing no doubt but there is no need for chest puffing. Dan we not admit if we had both we would be in a hell of a better position

Diaz has never had more than 5 assists in the league in a single season and Kulu has 4 for us already.

A better comparison is with Odegaard; both are highly intelligent, creative, and hardworking. Their positioning, timing and passing are also strikingly similar.

Have to admit I didn’t know much about him when he signed but boy has he made an impact. Five assists in eight games plus two goals? I honestly can’t think of anyone since Jk first time around who has made such a big impression.
I love lucas but the stats don’t lie, this lad has really ignited our front line again, no coincidence that HK has also started to hit a bit of form in the last few weeks either.
Don’t know what the fee is but we need to nail it down sharpish!

Only difference is that Kulu is as strong as an ox and doesn’t fall over, the lad is a proper unit who just doesn’t seem to get bullied.
Such a great fit to the league, it’s made for him!

Agree re Diaz being class. But not sure we had an either or? Also, I, I think like most here, saw kulu as a bit Meh..and he's been waaay better

Hear what you are saying but Odegaard shields and retains the ball so well. Hate to say it but they have a gem in him. Fortunately, Kulu is superb for us.

Yeah, odegard on loan was a lot less annoying than on a perm deal. Frustratingly good and what I wanted GLC + ndom to be..
So at least kulu and bentancur look decent!

Diaz and Kulu have both been great since coming into the PL. You don't have to choose but acknowledge both have been great.

If we bought Diaz and liverscum got Kulu we would be saying Diaz has been better. It's just bias. Both have been very good.
