NetoHim or Johnson. Not sure the answer at the minute.
No way does Johnson make that pass to Sarr and no way would Deki get to the back post to score last minute.
Not the answer? Yet they both contributed to us winning the game.Him or Johnson. Not sure the answer at the minute.

You don't need an answer. Football is a squad game more than ever before and we have two players with a very different toolset. And that's not a bad thing.Him or Johnson. Not sure the answer at the minute.

I think he had the subs prepared before the game and was just trying to stretch the space more. But totally agree, Deki was absolutely bossing Estupinan at that point, having been below his best in the first half. It definitely halted our momentum (I think Bentancur was just getting into things too but Biss came on and did a good job)Yep, I really didn't understand his sub. In the end Brennan won us the game but Kulu was dominating the second half before that.
I too have felt that he seems to be using his right foot a lot more to get a cross in in recent months. He can still be a bit predictable in the sense that he isn't the quickest with his actions/feet, but he does seem to have more variety in his wing play these days.Anyone else think he’s starting to become thst 2 way winger we hear so much about? Seems to go outside a lot more now than he used to and trusts his right foot for a low cross. Much less predictable than when he always cut inside.
Yeah. When he plays RW it’s like having an extra midfielder - for good and bad.Yep, I really didn't understand his sub. In the end Brennan won us the game but Kulu was dominating the second half before that.
Emerson actually put in 3 quality crosses. Probably more than anyone else yesterday. He wasn’t helped yesterday by having Emerson RB, who offers nothing in attack and was diabolical.
Did you not see the inch perfect cross for Davies?I just don’t know with him. I dont see all these chances he creates. His long passing is poor so cannot play 8, he’s decent dribbling in tight spaces but gets doubled up on, the cut back on his left and cross trick he doesn’t really seem to get right.
I think he’s decent but he’s a rotation option at best. If you look at the top 3 and their front 3s he is a level below imo
Yes but he was still diabolical.Emerson actually put in 3 quality crosses. Probably more than anyone else yesterday.
I suppose it depnds on what you asking of each of the players. They all have very different skillsets. And the three you mention are very young. I personally don't see Deki playing wide right in the mid to long term but for the time being, and for argument sake let's say he was, I think it is quite useful to have players who have very different atrirbutes.Kulusevski and Veliz are the only attacking players I want to keep in the long run.
Son not getting younger and don't think anyone else is good enough. Especially not Brennan.
I don't think he was diabolical at all. Certainly not as progressive as Porro but 3 crosses were dangerous if someone would actually have bothered to attack them.Yes but he was still diabolical.
We need to get to a point where we're actually playing well in games, not just in moments. With Emerson on the pitch we're just a much worse package because he doesn't just play poorly individually, but he actively inhibits the way we want to function as a team.
I'm a great admirer of the drive and determination he's show for us, and I do think he can be a great player. He just can't do it for us under Ange. It's a conflict of style which is bad for him and bad for us. To make Ange's system work, we need highly technical players in every position, starting or rotation.
