Getting Bale would be just for sentimental reasons. We as a club have moved on and should be looking out for our future, instead of getting someone who may never play for us the way he did 8 years ago.

That is what I said last week, but the thought that we may actually get him to play with the likes of Ndombele Lo Celso, Son, Dele and Kane has given me a stiffy!

It's probably not something that other many other teams would need to do at the moment. Why would an Everton fan or West Ham fan want Gareth Bales name on the back of their shirts? I doubt we've blocked Beckham because he's not associated with our team.

well lets hope he doesn't join us on loan as many betting sites don't pay out on that, it usually has to be a permanent move
