How does it feel to be arsenal
How does it feel to be small
We signed Bale, you’ve got mezut ozil
I don't know if it's the tune you meant but I've just sung that to "This is how it feels" by Inspiral Carpets, although I may have changed the words in my head a little!
If that is what you were aiming for, bloody good choice sir
If not, then just ignore me, I'm drunk!

Edit...

That’s why we need another CF too. No players should be immune from feeling under pressure to perform. And that includes Kane and Son.

Yeah, true.

I used to think Alli, Kane and Son were on the same level as Mane. Salah and Firmino but the truth is since Eriksen faltered Alli's consistency evaporated, Son has always had streaks rather than solid consistency. Kane is the only one who matches those levels.

If a new striker can be like Firmino and make good movement and Bale can produce the levels he did do, then we can match that level and have more in the tank.

I think bringing Bale into the squad will help Jose truly suss out who's up for the fight and who isn't. I think there are too many players in the squad who have been coasting. Bale will immediately have an impact on the attitude of players in the dressing room. Those that step-up, are the most motivated. Those that hide or carry on coasting, should be sat down.

David Ornstein's updates on BBC always send dread running through my viens when Spurs are "close" to signing a player. Last years Dybala debacle for instance.
To be fair, i don't believe we were this close with the Dyabla transfer. For all intents and purposes it would seem that this is wrapped up, bar some simple formalities. The good news, it would seem... is that each party is in agreement. So, if they've come out of negotiations with a deal everyone agrees with, then it would take something rather extraordinary to de-rail this deal at this juncture.
