All the talk about our best ever players, Ghaly on form was right up there
Disliked him when he threw his shirt away but then found new levels of respect for him when he had his teeth kicked out and carried on playing.

He definitely doesn't seem too impressed with no9. Lamela is sleeping with one eye open from now on.
Was Ronaldo a 9? Might that be why he’s bringing it up?He definitely doesn't seem too impressed with no9. Lamela is sleeping with one eye open from now on.
just to think Hoddle never got the England caps he deserved just because he didnt tackle. in any other country he would have got many more England caps9 figures, easily. Prime Hoddle was devastating, guileful, had exceptional skill and incredible vision. He wasn’t fast, but to borrow a phrase he was playing chess while everyone else played draughts.
Anderton was my fav in the 90sAll the talk about our best ever players, Ghaly on form was right up there
Hoddle was top 2, only Maradona was better.I'm happy to admit defeat, I can only go by clips, I didn't watch him in his pomp. I just think from what I've seen Bale and Gazza physical abilities allowed them to be top3 in the world at their peak to go along with their ridiculous technique.
Rafa remains my favourite ever player.Kinda cool they both played for Spurs and Real Madrid!

Says who about Bale? I keep hearing he has an injury but has anyone confirmed this? Didn’t he recently play a game and a half for Wales?

Rob, you are normally the voice of reason and sanity; I'll put that comment down to a long few days; now chin up and GET A GRIP!!God, even Beckham is/was better than Gazza
Responding to the official spurs account too about the stadium, latest video release - it’s good to see, he feels welcome which will excite and motivate him. He's also replied to Rafa. I'd say Madrid are very much micro managers when it comes to socials. Certainly seems a different Bale on the twitter doesn't it!
