I had to smile at Zidane's reply on twitter to Bale's "I'm back" comment:

Did Zidane actually post that?

7-2!Remember they also contributed ina thrashing of Southampton! ;-)
Was it 6-2?
I was in south stand second half as working on turnstiles back then and they actually let you have tickets for second half when we hadn’t sold out.
Just put a bet on him joining us, if he does will donate proceeds. If doesn’t I will just know I was right
His first words were literally talking about being in an environment where he feels loved. He isn't going back there. I genuinely think having an ex teammate in Crouch helped it as well. Having that friend to conduct the interview was an extra touch of positivity. The best thing about the Bale interview with Crouchy is that every answer was a week when he referred to the club.
not spurs, not them, but we... he really is back home as it was very natural answers.
buzzing as I k ow he’s gonna give it his all!
7-2!
Iversen with a hattrick. We dismantled them that day.
So, a typical Spurs fan, then??? Slagging off players and then seeing them tear it up! We love doing it to ourselves. And Armstrong with a double!
Some guy behind me started half slagging off Armstrong then starting saying Armstrong would have scored that after he got his two and others missed chances! ??

He really was. He was a decent player and he was lethal when he had Teddy alongside him. But then everyone was.Yep!
This was the period when Armstrong stopped celebrating when he scored as he got a bit disillusioned with the stick he’d been getting.
Shame as he was still probably our most dangerous forward over that period.
As a club, we follow the careers of certain players that we feel would do a job at the club. The Goat saying ( he’s right I’m sure) that the club saw these two signings as opportunist, I find strange. The buzz Bale has created and also Reguilon being high end in a position we could definitely improve on will probably be seen as master strokes by the end of the season . We’ve gone from looking tired and stale even though we have excellent and in some places world class players to looking like we have a title challenging side and squad full of excitement. These signings get an extra 20% out of the squad that’s already there. Keeps everyone on their toes and freshens everything up to such an extent that buying the odd player to improve and do a job can never do. Football is about excitement for the players as well as the fans. It’ll even get the press and media on side and although that could mean not much it actually does because players read and watch it and believe what they read and watch. The lack of ambition and all that crap. I can see us doing great things this season.
I've never got a named and numbered shirt, but I'm going to this time and I'm also going for the away shirt - I really like the colour.Had Berbatov and when he left it really fked me off so I said thats it, these mercenaries can go fk themselves.
And then our boy Kane appeared so I got that on the back of the run over by a motorbike shirt No18.
Bale will be last one. I can do this. No more. No more.
Went for the away shirt btw. Really like it.
Yeah the price is a joke.I've never got a named and numbered shirt, but I'm going to this time and I'm also going for the away shirt - I really like the colour.
Although, £85??? Bugger me with a fishfork, that's steep.
(I'll still do it, though)
Just came to post this!FrighteningOrgasmic!
Best front 3 in the leagueGenuinely cannot wait to see Bale with Son and Kane. Lethal.
Shame we have to wait, but I'm sure it will be worth waiting for. Will his debut goal against Wet Spam be a 20 yard screamer or a trademark free kick?Still hasn't sunk in. Probably won't till he plays.
This time last week there was still only very vague snippets ot us being linked!
interview he gave a couple of weeks ago before he signed
The drugs Levy slipped in Gareth's drink to convince him to sign for the club still hadn't wore off in the first interview.Comparing that interview with the one he gave Crouchie, he looks so stressed in the first and so much more relaxed and happy in the second one. That can only be good. Welcome home Gareth!
