Plus from today's game was Gio. He was fantastic in a side often bereft of any movement or quick interchanges.

Ok i thought he was meh like absolute meh

Then again i think he played in CM so i dont blame him as that really isnt his natural position

So far im finding it very difficult to justify 50 odd million for him based on output.

Excellent today. Love his pass selection, always picks out the right man. Thought a slightly deeper role in the pivot suited him, I think he’s struggled further forward due to a lack of athleticism but he controlled the game in the first half very well from that no8 position. Hope we make it permanent in the next 12 days.

As I've been saying, he looks/ is an eight.

Put someone along side him willing to work hard, patrol, cover will enable him even more. Blowing hard when he was subbed, hopefully more to come.

I think what doesn't help him is possibly having the most unintelligent front line in the league. Their decision making and off the ball movement is terrible, and no one seems to have an idea how to innovate in game likes this. Hard to progress the ball when the front line is so reactive.

I thought he gave a good account of himself today and found good spaces and worked the ball well.

He was average imo, but I feel he suffered from not understanding with Dele. I don't know who of the two was the CM
He was crucial in bothering the watford players in 2 clear goalscoring chances, one from Doucure and the other from Sarr, both in the box

He should play as no10 instead of Alli.

Dele Alli should be sold in summer. Never gonna reach his full potential in PL.

Too sloppy, too full of useless flicks and always so slow.

Lo Celso showed he has the strength to play in midfield against an athletic Watford Midfield he did well.

Good performance from him the combination with Winks imo worked.

Small sample size, but thought our midfield worked decently today. Especially considering that is a very physically though midfield to be up against.

Thought Lo Celso and Winks had some understanding already. He is definitely a better option than Eriksen and Sissoko as a CM. Winks looked half decent which is a lot better than he has for some time (and I like Winks).

He did ok even when he was tired. He will need a month or so to get into better shape and even more to fully adapt to Premiership but it will be worth the wait.

With Kane out he should play 10 behind Dele imo.

Start Dele up top.

As for the future of Dele? Depends entirely on the offer and if we are prepared to invest it properly. He absolutely has a price. I don’t think any club he’d see as worth moving to would be interested though. Which sort of says it all really.

I agree and it is difficult to come into a team which is struggling and a change in Manager. He definitely has the talent but whether this team or the league is for him remains to be seen and for a club like ours who arent exactly flush with cash, id rather get a left back for 50m which will have a far bigger impact to how we play

We won’t spend 50m on a LB! Or RB for that matter!

He was decent enough today. Started really brightly, but then Watford got a handle on our front three and we struggled to make anything happen. I reckon he'd look better with a functioning attack ahead of him.
