I think you should watch it back and look at the other players reactions rather than the tackle itself.
Why? Surely the tackle is the most important thing here. Players regularly try and influence the referee so I don't put as much stock in that.

Look at the foul and how far he is from the ball, it was blatantly intentional. You must be on the wind up.It is more from the side than from behind and he doesn't really leave his feet much. It wasn't a great tackle and got a deserved yellow but if a spurs player had been sent off for that, most people on here would be going mental.
Ok Matty we know it's you give it upWhy? Surely the tackle is the most important thing here. Players regularly try and influence the referee so I don't put as much stock in that.
That's just the nature of looking out for your own though. If one of our players went in high on the leg from behind on a player back from ACL I would be critical. But then you just continue to support your player after. It doesn't stop from hating opponents who do it to one of our players though. The issue is they can afford to just carry on because it's not their player who was impacted by it.
Ok Matty we know it's you give it up
Nobody is keeping you here.Honestly, this forum has made me grown to dislike Tottenham at times.

It's all in good fun, if you can't take a joke that's not my fault.
I don't like Cash. He likes to deliberately put his mark on players, however, that particular tackle was, in my opinion, a caution only. A sending off would have been harsh.I actually agree and said it at the time... It's a bad tackle, but a yellow at most. The outcome has made it much worse in our eyes. Rather like's Son's tackle which resulted in a broken leg, it was only given as a red because of the outcome, but I think we can all agree it should have been a yellow (and I may be misremembering, but was it downgraded to a yellow afterwards?).
Stepping outside footie into the law.People are judging it more harshly because of the context. The tackle was a clear yellow but no more.
It was bad because he went for the player and not the ball. Even without the fact it took Bentancur off the pitch I think we'd be judging Cash harshly.
When a player misses/goes over the ball you know its dangerous but accidental. What Cash did was dangerous and deliberate and that is what riles people up. It was one of those old school moves to nobble the best player on the pitch.
Anyone know what has happened to the Maddison thread. Can't find it anywhere.
Is it me or do we not get/win many free kicks in dangerous central areas under Ange as I barely remember Maddison having a chance to take any free kicks for us in dangerous goalscoring positions at all, yes he was injured for a while but even then I don’t think Porro had that many.
Previously after Eriksen left, I swear Kane was hitting a free kick into the wall week in week out.
Anyway hopefully he bangs one in through Cash’s legs past Martinez tomorrow.
So you are telling me that not only do we not get penalties, we are not even getting freekicks in decent areas? Is it me or do we not get/win many free kicks in dangerous central areas under Ange as I barely remember Maddison having a chance to take any free kicks for us in dangerous goalscoring positions at all, yes he was injured for a while but even then I don’t think Porro had that many.
