He’s very impressive so far. Good at breaking the counters up, neat and tidy with the passing and he’s up for a fight all game.

I think we have a very special talent in Sarr. Just needs to play games and learn. For a big man he has very quick feet.

great engine, some good ability, but what I like most is he's brave on the ball- today he continued to drive forward, trying to energise everyone else. Ahead of Skipp in every aspect.

He looks a special talent to me. Love the way he constantly wants the ball despite his young age. Composed and has all round qualities.

Really want to see more of him!

Played very well. Wins back possession regularly and then looks to move forward. I would have him challenging PEH's position as can do the defensive duties, can glide around the pitch but better going forwards

The best compliment I can find for him right now is that he is playing within himself, I think he has a lot more in the locker but just easing himself in (rightly so).

The game looks easy for him.

He has the physical tools, the technique, and seems to have the right mentality.

I think his potential is world class if he continues to work at it.

Very impressive. Looks very confident. Even though he is still slight he uses his physicality well.

Yeah but it's always a juggling act.

Do we really need 5 midfielders for 4 positions when we have a coach adverse to rotation? Skipp has barely seen any minutes as the 4th choice so far this season in an incredibly busy pre-world cup schedule. What hope does Sarr have as the 5th choice?

Do we really need to keep Sarr around if he's only likely to play a combined total of like 200 minutes unless we have a monster injury crisis? Let's remember the only reason he got 30 mins against Palace was:

a) we were cruising and 3 or 4 nil up
b) Bentancur was injured
c) Bissouma was suspended.

Better he gets 2000 mins on loan IMO.

Conte's bound to disagree as he always wants all bases covered but the man practically never rotates so I'm not sure he always has the players' best interests at heart. He just wants to make sure his arse is covered.
Yeah. We've got Harvey White too who could probably hold his own as a sub for us. It's not as if we're relying on Winks anymore. It makes sense to give him some minutes elsewhere and see where we end up at the end of the season. Might depend on Bentancur's injury though as we know what our medical team are like...

Thought he had a slightly shaky start with a couple of dodgy long passes, but grew into the game and was quietly excellent in the second half.

As others have said, the game looks very natural to him and he seems to have a bit of everything. In France he was renowned for his excellent long passing and incredible shot power and we've not even seen that from him yet at Spurs, so there's clearly a lot more to come.

After today I wonder if Conte will push him up the pecking order a bit? If that's the case maybe we shouldn't send him on loan.

I would not loan him out. First, he is probably still acclimating to England. Second, he had a years experience in Ligue 1 last year for Metz.

Let him stay here, deputize behind Bentancur and Hojbjerg. He would get FA Cup starts at a minimum, but I think he could get meaningful substitute minutes also.
