What’s chuckle-worthy is that it was likely never out of control yesterday, given how rapidly it’s moving and with new information this morning.

A few wayward clickbait tweets, seized upon and aggregated by anyone who’d listen and the agenda driven minority whip up a frenzy and start burning heads, lighting pitchforks and tying ropes to trees. Bit sad really.

Bring back updates on teletext or clubcall and we can have lives again.

A lot I read about Paratici seems to indicate he has been pretty transformative for this club. Great hire.

I don't know how much more we can do about the clickbait/aggregators being posted. Short of excluding people who persist in posting it from the ITK forums.

All sounding very positive and definitely an example of why people should take a 'wait and see' approach before melting down over these things.

As I said yesterday though I understand why people were pessimistic when the Bayern 'news' came through as Levy has put us in those positions umpteen times with negative outcomes.

But hey...let's hope this one bucks the January trend and we actually get it done relatively early.

And with what was a pretty positive Summer window, let's hope its a sign that things are finally turning around in the transfer department.

The main point is getting people not to post clickbait/aggregators in the first place.

The only thing that really irks me in these threads in terms of the reactions isn’t even the flip-flopping of emotions.

It’s the completely unnecessary “that little bald **** has done us over again, when’s he going to F off” type stuff. All said by people who have zero idea what’s actually happening but who will take any chance they can to swear about Levy.

The following morning the deal gets done and they don’t retract any of that, they don’t see that they’re swearing about someone whilst knowing sod all about what has actually happened they just say they’re glad someone signed. It’s pathetic.

If you want to criticise the bloke fine. When he’s clearly done something wrong go for it, you still don’t need to hurl childish abuse at a guy you’ve never met but at least complain about him if and when you’re sure he’s actually done something in the first place.
