He has to say yes to Bayern over us though. Who knows if he will. Surely we can match terms. We are all jumping at shadows here

It's just really shit from us though. The coach wanted 2 CBs in the summer, we gave him one. Season partially derailed after losing our only centre backs after Chelsea but we limp on.

Ange wants the new CB done ASAP. He's happy to go for one of a few so long as we move quickly. But we don't, we fuck around and now we are likely going to rush Micky back in and likely have only one CB for UTD.

And what will happen in the summer? We will hear that due to not being in Europe/UCL we can't afford xyz. Yet had we been smart and invested smartly we could've accrued more points and been in a better situation.

Ffs feels like amateur hour again.

Tuchel sounds the alarm about winter transfers: “Schedule is already exceeded”

FC Bayern is currently desperately looking for reinforcements for the defense. However, the search for new defenders is not easy. The list of potential candidates is long, but so far there is only one concrete name, Eric Dier. Thomas Tuchel has now commented on the current situation on the winter transfer market.

It's not just the Bayern fans who are becoming impatient, Thomas Tuchel's search for new players also seems to be taking too long. Kicker recently reported that the FCB coach would like to have the new recruits on board by the training camp in Portugal (January 14th) at the latest so that they have enough time to integrate.

According to the 50-year-old, Bayern are lagging behind their own transfer plan: “The schedule is already exceeded. The wish was January 2nd. But life is not a dream concert, neither is life as a football coach,” he explained in an interview with DAZN on Saturday after the friendly against FC Basel.

From Tuchel's point of view, there is no reason to panic. The experienced coach knows that it is complicated to adequately strengthen the squad in January: “We are relaxed, I am also relaxed because I know how difficult it is in winter. The winter transfer phase is complicated, many good clubs in the CL have their own goals. We look at a level that helps us. That’s why it’s very difficult.”

Tuchel also emphasized that Bayern have a clear requirement profile and that the quality of the players is the focus: “We are looking at a level that helps us. That's why it's very difficult. It's about quality mixed with personality. We need characters to help us. It's a difficult search and a difficult transfer window. But we are working on it and we will see if we can announce something.”

With Eric Dier (Tottenham Hotspur) there is currently only one hot lead. According to consistent reports, Bayern have agreed on a move with the 29-year-old. However, those responsible in Munich have not yet given their final approval to the deal as further options are being examined. (Dragusin must be on that list then)

This reminds me of the time we didn’t stump up for Raya

That would only work if this was Todibo we were talking about. We wont stump up the high sum for him so we moved onto Dragusin - which it looks like we have lost out on.

This would be like missing out on Vicario as we haggled over a £17m fee.

Are Base the 'intermediaries' working on this, on behalf of the Spurs?

They're working within guidelines given by Spurs?

Davies is out. We've let Philips go out on loan. If we weren't definitely getting Dragon, and don't have Kelly (yet) why would we have done this?

Plus WLB said Dragon and Kelly are seperate and unrelated.
Would agree with any other chairman than ours you.

Here’s a hypothetical for you.

levy pissed Munich off so much they’ve now dangled interest in buying Dier whilst stealing around and nicking Raduman from under us. Leaving us with Eric Dier !!! Fucking genius 😂😂

I started to smell a rat when someone wanted to buy Dier, let alone Munich. Esp when he’s free in 6.
