Thanks for the clarification. We can only hope that Dragusin feels we have conducted ourselves well and feels comfortable with us as a club. Does'nt sound like money is the deciding factor here but career opportunity and progression.
Genoa want the deal with Tottenham over Bayern due to upfront fees . Mr agent has briefed Tottenham Dragusin will speak to the club again today which we will then know the players state after already agreeing terms with Radu. Tottenham are doing everything possible to get this secured I may stress. Circle of life and all that but we are still confident blindly maybe haha 😂 and yes Fabio is leading this through levy and munn unofficially.

Does anyone really think that Bayern at going to submit a bid at this late stage if they've not received encouragement from the agent/player. Be surprised if he doesn't end up there now.
This. They only show their hand if success is guaranteed.

Wonder would our Leader authorise a new bid.
That’s not the issue. Both bids appear to have been accepted. It’s now down to the player. The agent has fucked us plain and simple let him rot on the Bayern bench. shame he could have potentially used us to step up to potentially Madrid.

This has been one of the stranger player transfer threads for a while.

Gotta love though the second anything looks like it has gone askew, the Anti-Levi brigade all jump on their big red truck, switch on the sirens and go for a long drive through the thread neg-repping anyone who has the audacity to say anything that may come across like it is defending Levy. EG: Like, maybe this was an agent driven rodeo/shit show? And once neg-repping, they then get the hoses and out and flood the thread with an ocean of invectives.

I get it. You hate him. And anything bad that happens is his fault. And a lot of things are.

But, can you just be a little more chill with people who don't immediately fall in line with your perspective. Especially the ones who don't contribute anything to SC in terms of the written word, but love that neg rep button! Use your words.

Personally, I'm not willing to start spitting fire at Dear Leader until we know how this has all played out. Instead of just making absolute assumptions.

For example, I have an assumption. But it's not an absolute. My assumption is that we got played. Simple as.

Hopefully we have another option on the list we can quickly move on to.

We genuinely just need someone who can play Ange’s system and who isn’t Royal or Dier. It shouldn’t be hard 😂

Nope lawyers have been overseeing the paperwork which is normal practice and nothing has been signed yet as far as I’m aware which keeps the invitation open . This is agents play at work here is trying to milk as much possible from this deal by presenting his client with the lottery of choices which is his job. Personal terms have been agreed but Bayern have matched the deal you have to applaud them if they’re serious as I said yesterday as there’s a lot that goes into it. Spurs believe they can over see this wave and get this done time will now tell . I’ll post as and when I can let’s just chill peeps x
To add to this the Bayern bid didn’t come in when reported it was this afternoon deep conversations have been taking place all afternoon post this from Tottenham

To save me reading the last 15 pages are we currently optimistic, pessimistic or pant-wettingly furious about this deal happening or not?

I mean, it’s Bayern - so I get it. But IF ( and if bring the operative word ) why have we allowed Bayern to come in?
Allowed? What do you expect us to do?
Any club could put in a bid with Genoa, we can't do anything to stop 'em. You can't really do exclusivity with transfers

Thanks for the updates and insights on the inner workings on the deal. Great if he signs and if he weren't too, I'm sure there are other targets we can turn too.
